By hiring Sinzel LLC, accepting a proposal or invoice, purchasing a service or subscription, making a payment, submitting a Lead Radar request, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Website Packages & Pricing
Current standard website design packages include:
Core — $500
Business — $550
Signature — $800
Package features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
The price and scope shown on an accepted proposal or invoice will apply to that project.
Custom requests or services outside the selected package may require an additional quote.
Lead Radar Services
The Lead Radar is a business prospecting and lead research service designed to identify businesses that may match a client's selected target market.
Depending on the selected plan, the Lead Radar may:
Search for businesses within a selected industry or market
Target specific cities, regions, or territories
Collect available business information
Filter duplicate prospects
Analyze available business information
Identify potential business opportunities or needs
Apply AI-assisted lead analysis
Organize prospect information
Provide opportunity insights
Provide reasons a prospect may be worth contacting
Apply client-specific qualification criteria
Deliver prospect information through an organized dashboard or other agreed delivery method
The Lead Radar is designed to help reduce the amount of manual research required to find and evaluate potential prospects.
Lead Radar results represent potential business opportunities and should not be interpreted as confirmed buyers, customers, purchase intent, or a guarantee that a business currently wants or needs the client's services.
Lead Radar Plans & Pricing
50 Lead Trial
$20 one-time
The Lead Radar Trial includes a one-time batch of:
50 targeted business leads
The Trial is designed for businesses that want to evaluate the Lead Radar before purchasing an ongoing plan.
The Trial may include:
Targeted business discovery
Key available business information
Duplicate filtering
Business opportunity insights
AI-assisted lead insights
Reasons a prospect may be worth contacting
The $20 Trial is a one-time purchase and does not automatically include an ongoing Lead Radar subscription.
Standard Lead Radar
$100 per month
Target: 20+ targeted leads delivered daily
The Standard Lead Radar is intended for businesses that want an ongoing flow of prospects within a selected industry and location without advanced custom qualification requirements.
The Standard Lead Radar may include:
Target of 20+ targeted leads delivered daily
Industry targeting
Location targeting
Duplicate lead filtering
Business opportunity analysis
AI-powered lead insights
Key available business information
Reasons a prospect may be worth contacting
Organized lead dashboard
Ongoing discovery of new prospects
20 leads per day is a target, not a maximum.
If the Lead Radar identifies additional relevant prospects beyond the daily target, those additional prospects may also be delivered rather than withheld simply because the target has already been reached.
Custom Lead Radar
Starting at $149 per month + $250 one-time setup
The Custom Lead Radar is designed for businesses that require more specific targeting, qualification, research, or prospect criteria.
The client may provide specific information about what their ideal prospect looks like, and Sinzel LLC will configure the Lead Radar based on the agreed requirements.
Custom Lead Radar services may include:
Custom industries
Multiple locations or territories
Specific business characteristics
Custom qualification criteria
Custom opportunity signals
Review or rating requirements
Business size requirements where reliable information is available
Website or digital presence requirements
Specific services or features
Custom AI analysis
Custom lead scoring
Deeper prospect research
Custom dashboard fields
Other agreed targeting requirements
The $250 setup fee covers the initial review and customization of the client's Lead Radar based on the agreed requirements.
Custom Lead Radar pricing starts at $149 per month but may increase depending on:
Search depth
Number of industries
Number of locations or territories
Required lead volume
Research complexity
Qualification requirements
Number of data points requested
Custom scoring requirements
Additional integrations
Overall system complexity
Any pricing above the advertised starting price will be communicated to the client before the additional work begins.
Lead Radar Intake & Setup
Clients purchasing a Lead Radar may be asked to complete an intake form describing the type of prospects they want to reach.
Requested information may include:
Client name
Business name
Contact information
Product or service offered
Target industry
Target location
Ideal customer
Businesses the client wants included
Businesses the client wants excluded
Specific prospect characteristics
Qualification requirements
Opportunity signals
Additional custom instructions
Sinzel LLC will review the submitted information and configure the Lead Radar based on the selected plan.
Standard Lead Radar setups are typically prepared within 1 business day after Sinzel LLC receives the required information and payment.
Custom Lead Radar requests may require additional time depending on complexity.
If additional clarification, research, customization, or pricing is required, Sinzel LLC will contact the client before completing the custom setup.
Any delivery or setup timeline is an estimate unless a specific deadline is agreed upon in writing.
Lead Volume & Daily Delivery
Lead quantities advertised for Lead Radar plans are targets and not guaranteed minimums.
For the Standard Lead Radar, the current target is:
20+ targeted leads delivered daily
Actual lead volume may vary from day to day.
Factors that may affect available lead volume include:
Industry
Geographic area
Market size
Client targeting criteria
Qualification requirements
Number of businesses matching the requested criteria
Previous leads already identified
Duplicate filtering
Availability of usable business information
Changes in third-party data sources
Sinzel LLC prioritizes relevant prospects over artificially meeting a numerical quota.
If fewer businesses genuinely match the client's targeting requirements, fewer leads may be delivered rather than filling the client's dashboard with businesses that are irrelevant, repetitive, or do not reasonably meet the selected criteria.
Likewise, when more relevant prospects are discovered, Sinzel LLC may provide more than the stated target.
A target of 20 leads therefore does not mean delivery is capped at 20.
Fresh Leads & Duplicate Filtering
The Lead Radar is designed to reduce repeated delivery of businesses that have already been identified for the same client.
Sinzel LLC may use business names, websites, addresses, contact information, database records, and other available information to identify potential duplicate records.
Because business information may change and third-party sources may display businesses differently, duplicate detection cannot be guaranteed to identify every possible duplicate.
For purposes of the Lead Radar, the term "fresh lead" generally refers to a prospect that has not previously been identified and delivered to that client by the applicable Lead Radar, based on the information reasonably available to the system.
It does not necessarily mean that the business itself is newly established.
Lead Data & Information Availability
Lead Radar information is created using available business information and may rely on public sources, websites, business profiles, third-party data providers, automated systems, and AI-assisted analysis.
Available information may include:
Business name
Business category
Address
Location
Website
Phone number
Ratings
Review counts
Social media information
Booking information
Digital presence information
Business characteristics
Opportunity insights
AI-generated analysis
Other information relevant to the selected Lead Radar
Not every field will be available for every business.
Business information can change at any time.
Sinzel LLC does not guarantee that all information provided through the Lead Radar is complete, current, error-free, or available for every prospect.
A missing data point does not necessarily mean that the business does not have that feature, service, account, employee, or characteristic.
AI-Generated Lead Insights
Certain Lead Radar services may use artificial intelligence to analyze available information and identify potential business opportunities.
AI-assisted analysis may include:
Evaluating available business information
Identifying possible opportunity signals
Summarizing business characteristics
Highlighting reasons a prospect may be relevant
Creating lead qualification insights
Creating potential outreach angles
Identifying apparent digital or business needs
AI-generated information is intended to assist prospect research and should not be treated as a verified statement of fact about a business.
Clients should review lead information before relying on it for important business decisions or outreach.
The use of terms such as "qualified lead," "qualified prospect," or "opportunity" means that the prospect appears to meet the applicable Lead Radar criteria.
It does not mean that the prospect has confirmed an intention to purchase, requested contact, expressed interest, or agreed that it needs the client's services.
Website & Digital Opportunity Analysis
Some Lead Radar configurations may include analysis of a prospect's website or digital presence.
This may include identifying apparent characteristics such as:
Whether a website is available
Website quality
Mobile experience
Online booking
Digital presence
Social media availability
Language availability
Other apparent opportunity signals
These observations are based on information available at the time of analysis.
A business may update, replace, remove, or modify its website or digital presence after the Lead Radar analysis has been completed.
A prospect without a website or another specific feature may still be included when the absence of that feature is relevant to the client's requested targeting criteria.
Custom Lead Radar Requirements
Custom Lead Radar clients are responsible for clearly communicating the criteria that matter to their business.
Sinzel LLC will make reasonable efforts to configure the Lead Radar according to those requirements.
However, certain requested information may not be consistently available from reliable sources.
If a requested qualification factor cannot reasonably or reliably be identified, Sinzel LLC may:
Remove that requirement
Substitute another available signal
Recommend a different qualification method
Contact the client for clarification
Adjust the scope or pricing
Major changes to the client's Custom Lead Radar after setup may require an additional setup, modification, or customization fee.
Any additional charge will be communicated before the additional work begins.
Client Use of Lead Information
Lead Radar services provide business prospect information and research.
Sinzel LLC does not automatically authorize or guarantee any specific method of contacting a prospect.
The client is responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to contact businesses identified through the Lead Radar.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of lead information, marketing, email outreach, telephone calls, text messages, advertising, and other communications complies with all laws, regulations, platform rules, privacy requirements, consent requirements, and other obligations that apply to their business and location.
Sinzel LLC is not responsible for unlawful, misleading, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or otherwise improper outreach performed by a client using Lead Radar information.
No Guarantee of Prospect Response
Lead Radar services are designed to identify potential prospects.
Sinzel LLC does not guarantee that any prospect will:
Respond to an email
Answer a telephone call
Respond to a text message
Schedule an appointment
Request a quote
Become a customer
Purchase a product or service
Generate revenue
Enter into a contract
Respond positively to outreach
Sales results depend on many factors outside Sinzel LLC's control, including the client's offer, pricing, reputation, sales process, communication, competition, market conditions, outreach method, and the prospect's individual needs.
Quotes & Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.
Prices are subject to change until a proposal, invoice, checkout, subscription, or project agreement has been accepted.
Requests that fall outside the original project or Lead Radar scope may result in additional charges.
This may include:
Additional website pages
Major design changes
Additional functionality
New integrations
Additional Lead Radar territories
New qualification requirements
Deeper prospect research
Major Lead Radar configuration changes
Increased customization
Other services not included in the selected package
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required before website project work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once work on the project has started.
The remaining website project balance must be paid in full before the completed website is transferred, published, launched, or otherwise delivered as a completed project.
Lead Radar payments, setup fees, subscriptions, and one-time purchases must be paid according to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout, on the applicable invoice, or in a written agreement.
Payments are processed through secure Stripe invoices or payment links unless another payment method is agreed upon in writing.
Failure to make required payments may result in website work or Lead Radar services being paused until the account is brought current.
Lead Radar Subscriptions
Standard and Custom Lead Radar services are recurring monthly services unless otherwise stated on the applicable invoice, checkout, or written agreement.
The 50 Lead Trial is a one-time purchase and is not an ongoing subscription unless the client separately purchases a monthly Lead Radar plan.
Subscription pricing and billing information will be shown at checkout, on the applicable invoice, or in the client's written agreement.
Clients may cancel an ongoing Lead Radar service according to the cancellation terms provided with their subscription or invoice.
Cancellation does not automatically convert a monthly Lead Radar service into a one-time lead package.
Client Responsibilities
To keep website projects and Lead Radar services moving efficiently, clients agree to provide any materials or information reasonably required for the applicable service.
For website projects, this may include:
Website text and business information
Images and logos
Product or service information
Requested account access
Contact information
Timely feedback
Approval of completed work
For Lead Radar services, this may include:
Target industry
Target location
Description of the client's services
Ideal customer information
Qualification criteria
Businesses or categories to exclude
Custom research requirements
Timely responses to clarification requests
Delays in providing required materials, information, access, feedback, or approvals may extend the applicable timeline.
Client Content & Permissions
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or appropriate permission to use any materials they provide to Sinzel LLC, including photographs, videos, logos, graphics, fonts, trademarks, text, music, or other content.
By providing materials for use on a website or other Sinzel LLC service, the client authorizes Sinzel LLC to use those materials for the purpose of completing the applicable work.
Sinzel LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, or other claims resulting from materials supplied or specifically requested by the client.
Revisions
Each website package includes a specific number of revisions as described in the package or proposal.
Revision requests must relate to the original agreed-upon project scope.
Additional revisions, major redesign requests, new pages, new functionality, or changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee or separate quote.
Changes to a Custom Lead Radar that materially alter the original agreed targeting criteria, qualification system, research requirements, or dashboard may also require an additional customization fee.
Project Timeline & Inactivity
Project timelines depend on the scope of the service, timely communication, and the client's delivery of required materials and approvals.
If a website project client does not respond or provide required information for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered inactive.
Inactive projects may be removed from the active production schedule.
Resuming an inactive project may require a restart fee and will be scheduled according to Sinzel LLC's current availability.
Previous estimated completion dates are no longer guaranteed after a project becomes inactive.
Lead Radar services requiring client clarification or additional setup information may also be delayed until the requested information is received.
Third-Party Services & Ongoing Costs
Website design fees paid to Sinzel LLC do not include ongoing fees charged by third-party providers unless specifically stated in writing.
Clients are responsible for third-party expenses associated with their website, which may include:
Squarespace website subscription fees
Domain registration and renewal
Business email services
Scheduling or booking platforms
Translation services
Premium integrations or software
Stock photography or licensed assets
E-commerce or payment-processing fees
Other optional third-party services requested by the client
Squarespace subscription costs are paid separately from Sinzel LLC's website design fees and are determined by Squarespace based on the plan and billing cycle selected by the client.
Domain registration and renewal fees are also paid separately to the applicable domain provider.
Sinzel LLC may assist the client with purchasing, connecting, configuring, or transferring third-party services; however, those services remain subject to the third-party provider's own pricing, policies, terms, availability, and future changes.
Lead Radar services may also rely on third-party business data, software, APIs, AI services, automation tools, databases, and other technology providers.
Changes, outages, limitations, or discontinued access from third-party services may temporarily affect Lead Radar results, available information, or delivery.
Sinzel LLC may use or change internal technology providers as reasonably necessary to operate and maintain the Lead Radar service.
Sinzel LLC does not control third-party pricing, policies, availability, or future service changes.
Website Ownership & Account Access
Once the final website project balance has been paid in full, ownership of the completed website created specifically for the client transfers to the client, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.
Whenever practical, the client's Squarespace subscription, domain, and other ongoing third-party accounts should be maintained in or transferred to accounts controlled by the client.
The client is responsible for ongoing subscription payments, renewals, and account security after transfer.
Sinzel LLC may retain authorized contributor or administrator access to the website when necessary to provide maintenance or other ongoing services.
This access does not transfer ownership of the client's website or account to Sinzel LLC.
If ongoing maintenance services end, Sinzel LLC's access may be removed unless continued access is separately agreed upon.
Until final payment is received, designs and website materials created by Sinzel LLC for the project remain the property of Sinzel LLC.

Clients receive access to or delivery of the lead information included with their selected Lead Radar service.

Purchasing a Lead Radar service does not transfer ownership of the underlying Lead Radar technology, workflows, automation, systems, or internal methods to the client unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Website Maintenance
Website maintenance is an optional service starting at $100 per month.
Maintenance is intended for limited ongoing website support and does not provide unlimited website work.
The specific services included in a maintenance plan will be stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, maintenance does not include:
Full website redesigns
New website pages
Major layout or content changes
Rebranding
New functionality or complex integrations
Large-scale content uploads
Services outside the existing website's original scope
Work outside the maintenance scope may require a separate quote.
Maintenance pricing, availability, and included services may change with prior notice.
Browser & Device Compatibility
Sinzel LLC designs websites to function responsively across commonly used devices and current versions of major modern web browsers.
Because browsers, operating systems, devices, and third-party platforms are continuously updated, Sinzel LLC cannot guarantee identical appearance or functionality across every device, screen size, browser version, or operating system.
Support for outdated, discontinued, or unsupported browsers and devices is not guaranteed unless specifically included in the project scope.
Accessibility
Sinzel LLC aims to incorporate reasonable website accessibility practices within the scope and limitations of the selected website package and platform.
Unless specifically included in a written agreement, Sinzel LLC does not provide legal accessibility audits, certifications, or guarantees that a website complies with every applicable accessibility law, regulation, standard, or guideline, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Accessibility requirements may vary depending on the client's business, industry, location, services, and applicable laws.
Clients who require specific accessibility compliance or certification should inform Sinzel LLC before the project begins and may need to obtain guidance from a qualified accessibility or legal professional.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Sinzel LLC values client privacy.
Sinzel LLC will request permission before displaying a completed client project in its public portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, case studies, or other promotional materials.
Permission to display a project does not transfer ownership of the client's business name, trademarks, logos, photographs, or other proprietary materials to Sinzel LLC.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel a website project at any time.
If website work has already begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If the amount of completed work exceeds the amount covered by the deposit, additional completed work may be invoiced based on the project's progress before cancellation.
Any outstanding balance for completed work remains due.
Third-party purchases or fees already incurred on behalf of the client may also remain the client's responsibility when they are non-refundable.
Lead Radar subscription cancellations are governed by the billing and cancellation terms displayed at checkout, on the applicable invoice, or in the applicable written agreement.
Canceling a Lead Radar subscription does not require Sinzel LLC to continue prospect discovery or daily lead delivery after the applicable paid service period ends.
